As the founder and director of Quality Care Providers (Midlands), our director brings a rich and diverse background grounded in applied social sciences, social policy, human rights, social work, law, and community advocacy.
With an academic foundation encompassing welfare rights, housing, community development, and education, our director’s expertise is both broad and deeply focused on supporting individuals and families in need.
Drawing on experience across sectors, our director has worked in housing, homelessness, welfare rights, community support, social care work and advocacy. This career has included working with statutory service providers, voluntary organisations, community groups, private sector partners, and academic institutions.
These diverse partnerships have helped shape an approach that is both comprehensive and compassionate, addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalised communities.
Our director’s direct involvement with tenants, landlords, and organisations such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, Shelter, Age UK, local authorities, and social housing providers has strengthened a commitment to high-quality, person-centred housing support. This hands-on experience informs every aspect of our approach, from personalised tenancy assistance to the development of essential life skills that foster independence and resilience.

Our Registered Manager brings a unique blend of academic expertise and extensive experience in the health and social care sector, dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals with compassion and professionalism.
With both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, they have developed a strong foundation in care practices, complemented by a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by those they support.
In previous roles, they have honed their leadership and management skills, effectively coordinating teams in dynamic environments and ensuring that care and support are delivered with the highest standards. Their strengths in time management, attention to detail, and handling of competing priorities demonstrate their commitment to creating a safe, responsive, and supportive environment for all residents.
